“Mandatory Training for CBA® and CKM® Certifications: Registration Open for January 2025 Program Launch”

NOTICE TO ALL PROSPECTIVE CANDIDATES

MANDATORY TRAINING PROGRAMME FOR CERTIFIED BUSINESS ADMINISTRATOR (CBA®) AND CERTIFIED KNOWLEDGE MANAGER (CKM®) PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATIONS

This is to inform all prospective candidates for the Certified Business Administrator (CBA®) and Certified Knowledge Manager (CKM®) professional certifications of the Institute of Business Administration and Knowledge Management (IBAKM®) and the Chartered Institute of Business Administration and Knowledge Management (CIBAKM®) under the institutional management of the World Innovators and Education Management Organization (WIEMO®) that the Mandatory Training Programme will commence in January 2025.

PROGRAM DETAILS

1. Certification Levels:
The training will lead to the award of the following certification levels:

• Fellow: FIBAKM, FCBA, FCKM

• Full Member: MIBAKM, MCBA, MCKM

• Associate: AIBAKM, ACBA, ACKM

• Graduate: GIBAKM, GCBA, GCKM

• Licentiate: LIBAKM, LCBA, LCKM

• Affiliate: AfIBAKM, AfCBA, AfCKM

2. Eligibility:
Only candidates who have completed their registration will be admitted to the training program.

3. Lecture Modality:
Lectures will be conducted online, ensuring accessibility for all candidates regardless of location.

4. Professional Certification Examinations (PCE):

The Business Administration Certification Examinations (BACE) and Knowledge Management Certification Examinations (KMCE) will hold in April 2025, also conducted online.

The pass mark for the PCE is 50%.

5. Capstone Project:

Upon completing the PCE, all candidates must submit a capstone project.

The project will be duly supervised and must be defended before a panel in an online session.

6. Membership Investiture, Induction, and Certification Programme:

Successful candidates who complete the Mandatory Training Programme, Professional Certification Examinations, and Capstone Project will be invited to the Membership Investiture, Induction, and Certification Programme, scheduled for May 2025.

This program will be held online or in a hybrid format, subject to the approval of the Board of Governors.
