ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS FOR PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATION
The professional certifications of CIBAKM® are earned by examinations, exemptions and research. It is designed for candidates who desire to advance their career as Chartered Certified Business Administrators (CBA®) and Chartered Certified Knowledge Managers (CKM®).
Candidates are granted exemptions on subject-by-subject basis, admitted to sit for the professional certification examinations or required to submit a research work based on the CIBAKM® approved academic and professional development standard for education, training and certification.
Candidates who satisfactorily complete the CIBAKM® professional certification examinations or those who have completed the exemption process or approved research work as required can as well be inducted and certified and shall be entitled to the use of the professional certifications suffixes; Fellow (FCBA & FCKM), Full Member (MCBA & MCKM), Associate (ACBA & ACKM), Graduate (Grad.BA & Grad.KM), Licentiate (LMBA & LMKM) and Affiliate (AfMBA & AfMKM).

The CIBAKM® Business Administration Certification Examinations (BACE) and Knowledge Management Certification Examinations (KMCE) are in three levels; Foundation, Intermediate and Professional.

PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATION EXAMINATION DATES/CALENDAR
The CIBAKM® Business Administration Certification Examinations (BACE) and Knowledge Management Certification Examinations (KMCE) for Professional, Intermediate and Foundation levels holds in April, August and December of every year.
PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATION EXAMINATION CREDITS AND PASS MARK
Pass mark for the CIBAKM® Professional Certification Examinations (PCE) is fifty percent (50%). Candidates will be credited for each subject passed and will be required to complete a level before proceeding to the next level.
