ASSOCIATE MEMBERSHIP EXAMINATIONS (ACBA/ACKM)
The Associate Membership Examinations comprises of the Professional Level Examinations I (PLEI) of the Business Administration Professional Examinations (BAPE) and the Knowledge Management Professional Examinations (KMPE). The PLEI of the BAPE and KMPE comprises of a total of eleven (11) subjects. Successful completion of the Associate Membership Examinations qualifies candidate for induction and certification as Associate Certified Business Administrator (ACBA) and Associate Certified Knowledge Manager (ACKM).
The entry qualifications for the Associate Membership Examinations are: Grad.BA/Grad.KM, Higher National Diploma (HND) and Bachelor Degree in Business Administration and Knowledge Management disciplines or its equivalents desirous of developing a professional career in the broad fields of Business Administration and Knowledge Management towards becoming a Certified Business Administrator, Certified Knowledge Manager, Certified Professional Manager, Certified Global Manager and Licenced Consultant and Practitioner. Candidates who desire the IBAKM/Bachelor Degree and IBAKM/Master Degree combined honours qualifications will be required to satisfactorily sit for and pass the FLEI, FLEII, KLE, SLE, PLEI and PLEII subjects of the Business Administration Certification Examinations (BACE) and the Knowledge Management Certification Examinations (KMCE). Meanwhile, candidates who desires exemptions will be required to provide an acceptable transcript of courses undertaken for consideration. Please note that all academic qualifications and degrees will be awarded by collaborating accredited tertiary institutions and universities in line with its specific academic policy.
To qualify for the Certified Business Administrator (CBA), Certified Knowledge Manager (CKM) and Certified Professional Manager (CPM) qualification candidates are expected to have at least completed the ASSOCIATE MEMBERSHIP EXAMINATIONS. Meanwhile, to qualify for the Certified Global Manager (CGMgr.) qualification candidates are expected to have attained the MCBA/MCKM qualifications.
